First time in to visit my Dad who arrived a couple days ago. Encountered 3 employees who were all very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable, and so far he seemed well cared for. He can’t hear and closed caption did not work on tv, but it was being reported to maintenance. So far, so good:)
