I fully do not understand how this is a five star rated facility unless fake or paid reviews. The only positive is the main areas are kept clean. The director is terrible and the staff is a joke. Staff have relations at night in empty rooms. Food is extremely poor and sometimes not edible with no other options provided. There are not enough dishes to serve everyone currently and sometimes not enough food for each resident. The cleaning staff "loose" laundry frequently and the rooms are not cleaned properly. They no longer provide transportation and have put up signs letting residents know they have to figure it out. Many residents have gone 2 months without being able to go to the store asking other resident families for help as the facility policy is they will not offer help in absence of transportation. If a resident falls ill they are taken to their rooms and the door is shut typically not followed up or checked on to ensure they are not in need of help. Please look elsewhere for your loved ones. We left and will continue to fight for the remaining residents and report this to as many as we can including the state in hopes they step in and wake the owners directors and staff up and hold them responsible.
