We've purchased homes in La Porte, San Antonio, and now in the Del Webb Veramendi subdivision in New Braunfels TX. In the past we've experienced and dealt with contractors and builders, some good and some not so good. But by leaps and bounds the (Del Webb Veramendi) group that consist of (Evan, Frank, Tyler, Cody, Steve, Jake, and Luke) in New Braunfels, TX. has far exceeded and continues to exceed our expectations for service, skills, follow-thru, and readiness!<br>These guys are truly, BEST IN CLASS!!!!

My wife and I just attended the Del Webb Veramendi "Bricks and Bacon" breakfast for home owners. Evan, Cody, Frank, Tyler and several others cooked and served a delicious meal. These events bind us together as a community. Our hats off to all that made this event happen. Terry and Jean Potter

My wife and I are currently in the process of constructing a new home in Del Webb Veramendi in New Braunfels. As an out-of-state customer, we have been pleased with support of both our sales consultant, Rikki Rivers, and our construction manager, Tyler Keese! Rikki has been on top of communication and sending pics of construction of our home. Tyler has been outstanding ensuring we receive weekly and timely updates as well as showing exceptional knowledge and customer service. We have been very satisfied with the Pulte team at Veramendi and would recommend both Rikki and Tyler to future residents of Del Webb communities.

Frank and Steven are practically clairvoyant when it comes to our warranty issues. Frank immediately touches base with us and arranges a resolution. We are very appreciative of his service that is above and beyond warranty work.

My experience with the team at Del Webb at Veramendi has been fantastic, beginning with my sales associate Rikki Rivers who worked tirelessly to arrange for the perfect home for me. My construction manager Tyler Keese built a beautiful, quality home while communicating and addressing all my questions and concerns throughout the build process. And now that I have moved in, Frank Brown, the customer care manager, has been very responsive in handling the inevitable issues that have arisen. Thank you to this team that made my new home all that I wanted it to be.
