Our family had a wonderful experience with this memory care facility. The staff consistently treated our loved one with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were not only safe but also respected and cared for like family. Nichole was super helpful.

Five stars — and I'd give more if I could.<br><br>I can't say enough good things about the team at Grand Brook.<br><br>When it came time to move my mom, they didn't just handle logistics from a distance Nicole and Steven flew across the country to be there in person and help make it happen. That alone went so far beyond what we expected.<br><br>What really stayed with us was how they handled it when the trip got extended. Travel delays can rattle anyone, but they never let it touch my mom. Nicole, in particular, treated her with the highest level of care, patience, and respect through every twist of the journey. My mom was comfortable, looked after, and genuinely cared for the entire time.<br><br>We've since joked that mom traveled by planes, trains, and automobiles with the Grand Brook staff and through all of it, she was in the best possible hands. As a family, we could not be happier or more grateful. If you're trusting someone with a loved one, this is the kind of team you want in your corner.<br><br>Thank you, Nicole, Steven, and thank you Grand Brook New Braunfels.

My husband has been a resident of Grand Brook Memory Care of New Braunfels for a little over 3 years. I’ve been very pleased and impressed with the care he has received from the staff. All residents are treated with dignity and respect, and encouraged to participate in activities. For the last half of 2025 and the first half of 2026, I’ve been dealing with my own health issues. The staff has been keenly aware of this and has worked with me and other family members to ensure that my husband’s care and well-being has remained at the very high level I’ve been accustomed to, allowing me to focus on my recuperation. I’m am so grateful for this memory care facility and its staff.
