I'm going to be very honest with you, it's hit or miss with this place. Yes the safe is very nice. But also very over worked at times. There times were it can be 1-2 people on the floor per area and that's just not safe. Not to mention they my not away communication that. If you have a love one who doesn't need alot of cares then this would be an OK place to go. If they need a bit more cares I would consider going somewhere else but thats just me.

My parent's care at Oak Terrace has been terrific! The staff genuinely care about the residents and have a lot of patience. They are kind, compassionate and listen to the resident's needs. They have been more than accommodating to family requests and take the time to speak with us over the phone to answer our questions about medical issues. Everything from maintenance, to meals, to cleaning to providing proper medical care, we are thrilled and relieved they are in such good hands.

My mother-in-law is a resident of Oak Terrace in Jordan. When she first moved in our family was nervous about the move, as like many, she didn't want to move out of her home and into an assisted living community. Our concerns were immediately replaced with joy. Thanks to the caring staff, newfound friends, and excellent services, she adapted to her new home quickly and told us, "I love it here!" We could not have been happier to hear those words. I would recommend Oak Terrace to anyone needing assisted living for a loved one.<br>Vern Buckmeier

We recently moved my mom to Oak Terrace, Jordan MN. I cannot say enough good things about Oak Terrace. The transition has been far better than I ever imagined. The staff is great, very attentive, going above and beyond daily. Mom loves it there and is thriving; she enjoys the activities and is making many friends. We have peace of mind knowing she is being well cared for. Keep up the great work!!

My mom moved to Oak Terrace a few months ago. It is a great fit for her. The nurses and aids are wonderful and caring to her and she absolutely loves them. The application and move in process were smooth and easy and she gets great care from everyone. Highly recommend!
