My mom’s stay here was brief but the moment she arrived she stated how much she liked it. I personally observed the nurses and aids providing quality around the clock care with compassion and kindness. The administrative team was also extremely helpful.

My wife and I and family have been extremely happy with the excellent care for both my parents bit specifically for my Mom who needed ongoing extra care at The Lutheran Home Belle Plaine. Since our first connection tour to the ongoing care conferences, and calls from staff to keep us up to date on all that is happening, we have been extremely pleased with the care provided both medically but going beyond to truly care for her social well being, family support connection efforts other activities. Thank you to all at Lutheran Home Belle plain for going above and beyond on a consistence basis throughout the COVID crisis through today. Our entire family sends a hug and we will forever be grateful.

Absolutely love the staff and care that our daughter receives at Hope Residence. We literally searched the country before moving here from Illinois because of this facility. A+ nurses. Communication is excellent and staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of residents as well as family members.
