The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine is a continuum of care community located at 611 West Main Street in Belle Plaine, Minnesota, situated on a 22-acre campus. It has a long history of serving the local community with personalized care and support.
The community offers a range of services including transitional care, wellness and rehabilitative therapies, long-term care, memory care, and respite care. Care is tailored to each resident's needs, with attention to physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing.
The newly renovated community features five specialized care neighborhoods, each designed to create a home-like feel and support personalized care. Each neighborhood includes café-style dining with nursing staff located nearby, along with indoor and outdoor common areas for residents and their families and friends.
Because the community is part of a larger continuum of care campus, additional support services are readily available as residents' needs change over time.
Staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and the community includes an on-site ordained chaplain who offers worship services and chaplaincy care, along with beautifully decorated common areas available to all residents.
