My brother has been a resident of Oak Pointe in Baltic since January. I am so grateful for the excellent care he has received and the tremendous improvement in his overall health and well-being since being there. The entire staff is professional, caring, kind, and absolutely has the best interests of their residents in mind. The facility is spotless, the atmosphere is friendly and the care team is always willing to help the residents adjust to being there as well as helping family members adjust as well. I highly recommend entrusting your loved one to the professional and caring staff at Oak Pointe Nursing home in Baltic. I am so glad that I have trusted them with my brothers care. It has been a wonderful experience at a time when we truly needed their help.

My mother has lived at Oak Point a year now and my father has since followed her there recently. They have done everything to make them both comfortable including being together in the same room. They have great personalized care and they stay in contact with me in regards to their health and well-being. I would recommend Oak Point nursing center to anyone with the need. They have a fantastic staff that are incredibly accommodating. Carri, the administrator, is kind and will do all in her power to make her residents comfortable. Definitely highly recommend!

I personally was a resident there for a very short stay. Place is not for any loved one or friend or coworker. I was hitting call light for well over 20 minutes and no staff members came to help me, so that when I started yelling for help and THEY as the staff members. Was yelling at me for even asking for help. Told me to calm down or they have me sedated. I am ashamed to even be giving this review but feel in the best interest of others this is no nursing home for your loved ones or those you care about. This place is a living hell.
