I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Nicole, SW, for the past several months to provide the best care possible to our seniors and Nicole is top tier! People are awesome some of the time in the front desk. And then on multiple occasions they take their mask off and talk to eachother and when i do so for a few seconds of air they tell me to put mine up. And when you talk to them they have a 30% of the time a responce. Disappointed.
