Oak Park Place in Menasha truly has a warm, home-like feel. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, but what really stands out is the people. The staff genuinely care about their residents and families and go above and beyond to meet their needs.<br>I especially appreciate how engaged the staff are with the residents. You can see that there are meaningful relationships between them, and the residents are actively involved in activities and the community around them. It doesn’t feel institutional—it truly feels like home.<br>Everyone I’ve encountered has been welcoming, helpful, and professional. A special shout-out to Hannah and Matt, who are truly amazing and go the extra mile to make people feel welcomed and cared for. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do.<br>Oak Park Place is a wonderful example of what senior living should feel like: caring, engaging, clean, and truly centered around the people who call it home

Beautiful facility and even friendlier staff! Hannah is a friendly face that greets you when you enter! I had the privilege of meeting the ADON, Shanice and Matt, in marketing and Matt took extra time out of his day and gave my team a tour. Not only was the building clean and inviting, but the staff were ALL so very friendly. I have been in many, many facilities in my work role and this, hands down, was one of the best I’ve been in. You can see and feel the love and care these residents receive in their home because this truly is their home and the staff are grateful to be a part of that. #heartlandhospicefavorite!
