My mom has worked here since I was little and I’ve practically have grown up here. This is such an amazing facility. The staff and residents know me and my sisters by name and we’ve gotten to participate in many of the building’s activities including senior prom, bingo, New Year’s party, valentines party etc… The building itself is very clean and the kitchen staff are amazing. Overall this is one of the best facilities out there!

I was a resident there after a hip fracture. I went to oak grove because my grand daughter has worked there for many years. From before I even arrived the staff knew my name, had my room ready and personalized and I saw this done for all residents who came in after me. The staff was so warm and welcoming, the food was excellent. My grand daughter is the social worker there and I watched her truly connect with every resident and individualize them. My nursing team got me through a lot of really hard times being away from home. The facility is clean and very home like. Would recommend to everyone who needs services in this setting.

Very clean building. House keeping works very hard to keep the building clean and tidy. Dietary is hardworking and understanding. My dad had a lot of complications with his diet and they were very understanding and able to accommodate him. Overall nice place.

Friendly and knowable staff, clean, enjoyed my stay there. Food is not Mama's cooking, sorta bland cafeteria food... overall very nice place. I highly recommend Oak Grove Healthcare for Long or short term stays. 5 plus stars.
