Professional, punctual and kind.<br>Tanda M. has worked hard to help us with<br>some admin things. She is patient and diligent. Griswold was my families saving grace ! They relieved the stress and daily care which allowed the family to spend quality time together . They gave our loved ones the care and attention they required with little to no notice as our needs escalated . They were compassionate and truly cared . They put us in touch with other agencies that provided economic solutions as well as the best in the industry for end of life care . The owners and managers personally visited and contacted us frequently . I recommend Griswold to anyone needing help caring for their loved ones . They will deliver much more than expected or imagined .

If you are looking for a "sitter" not a caregiver, never on time, don't show up at all, or recieve a phone call at the last minute of no coverage for your loved one then this is your place!! 1 star only because there was no option of No Stars. Just a few of the incidents....patient uses a hoyer lift for transfers (we were told everyone knew how to use a lift) drops patient in the floor, one caregiver left patient alone because she had an emergency (without calling anyone) one cargiver grabbed herself a blanket and slept on the sofa, one caregiver was allergic to cats (they knew this from the beginning) one caregiver had a full nail salon going on, one caregiver did a change and didn't put clothes back on her ...etc.... to much to remember. We was told when signing on with Griswold that there would "ALWAYS" be coverage even if the office staff had to come out...that does NOT happen. After many many complaints to the Office staff we ask to speak with the owner. He hid behind an email to release themselves of all future duties. BEWARE of this company. Also, they do not want cameras in the home 🚩🚩🚩🚩
