I recently just had a friend to come out of Fair Haven of Forest City. She was in there for rehab after getting out of the hospital. The facility was very clean, the employees seemed really nice and helpful when needed. Also she had a wound, that the wound staff did their best keeping an eye on it and dressing everyday to help it heel faster. We were very pleased with the care she received.

My mother in law is at Fairhaven. The staff treat her like family and as if she is their own! Not a day goes by when they aren’t doing something special for her. We rest easy when we aren’t there because we know she’s receiving the best care possible!!

This place is wonderful. My mother got to spend her last days here and the staff is absolutely great. From the people in the office to the nurses, cnas, and house keeping are great. My moma went to Heaven on February 1st and they made her stay so good for her that she was very happy there. Brandon is absolutely the kindest person that I met there. It's a shame that not all nursing homes aren't like this one. Thank you for everything you all did for my mother.
