This place is awful. They don't offer good care. Do not put your family here. My husband is there for physical therapy. If you ask questions about their care the staff gets nasty. All in one week my husband was told they were out of ice packs milk juice and clear soda. It takes them over 10; minutes to answer a call bell. If patient asks for something the nurse and aids never come back. Social worker only a designee and nott acting as patient advocate. She was only interested in arguing not solving problems for patient. Admission person wasn't present upon admission. Processes of nursing home and care plan not discussed with patient and family. Dietician not full time either. Nurses not listening to patients medical complaints and calling doctor. I would not put your family here for rehab. Also problems accessing their services as well.
