I've been going to Nova for almost a year now. I had a real good friend in there.By the name of harry. Known him for 27 years. And your work staff and the people in there the way they took care of them. And loved em, and everything is unexplainable.I know people have families in there. And stuff that nature and families can be rude, and crude at times. And the patients give him a hard time. But I witnessed a lot of caring and understanding from everybody in there, on the four hundred and five hundred side. I can't explain how I feel because I lost mr.Harry this morning. I've seen the nurses, the cnas, other staff members in there seeing tears in their eyes too. But the overall work ethics of that place and fundamentals, they're great. They deal with a lot, and it's hard and patient families don't understand some of it. I'm grateful for the care that they took. And Harry's family, the grandson, he cares, too. It's been rough for him and his family as well. And once again, I just want to say thank you for the time you guys took to take care mister.Harry since october of last year
