As someone who lives nearby and passes Orchard View often, I’ve had the chance to observe the facility from a community standpoint — and it truly stands out as a caring and responsibly run place in our neighborhood. The building and grounds are always clean, maintained, and welcoming. You can tell a lot about a care center by the atmosphere outside its doors, and Orchard View consistently gives off a sense of calm, order, and professionalism. What really impressed me is how the staff interacts with residents. Even from the outside looking in, you can see the patience and attentiveness in the way they assist those in their care. It’s clear that Orchard View puts effort into creating a supportive, respectful environment. As a neighbor, it’s comforting to know that elderly and recovering members of our community are being looked after in a place that takes its role seriously. Orchard View adds a sense of stability and compassion to the area, and I’m grateful to have such a facility nearby. Based on everything I’ve seen over time, I can confidently say this is a well-run, thoughtful center that treats people with dignity.

Would not suggest this place to ANYONE unless you want your family member not taken care of appropriately. The management is nonexistent now. You cannot get ahold of anyone (business office, social work, nursing, etc) if you try to call. After multiple care plan meetings & voicing concerns we moved our family member to a facility that is competent.
