Northland Heights was very accommodating during my husband's respite stay. He was welcomed kindly by the staff and other residents. He also received excellent occupational and physical therapy while he was there. I would recommend Northland Heights to all caregivers who are looking for a facility to provide respite for you and your loved one.

I relocated to Northland Heights and it was worth the move. The staff here are eager to make my stay a pleasant experience. What's nice is they have transportation for visits to the doctors and occasionally we go to the dollar store.<br>Activities put on a wonderful program for the Veterans here on Veterans Day.<br>I like it here.

One of their busses just turned around in my driveway, nearly taking out the mailbox and guardrail.<br><br>Tried to call the number on the bus and the number listed here on Google. No answer, and no ability to leave voicemail.<br><br>Tell your bus drivers not to turn in random people's driveways. I drive a similar sized vehicle for a living and would get fired for doing this.<br><br>Maybe get a phone you can answer, too.
