Please do not send your love ones here. Very unprofessional, lack of care, and treat their patients horrible. The Director of nurses Bri admitted to my husband and myself she hates her job. You would want someone who’s caring and loving to take care of your love one and if she’s in charge and hates her job it carries in to the staff. The last straw was they overdosed my mother and sent her to the ER without contacting the family we didn’t know about the incident until the next morning when the hospital called us. Please search around this place should be shut diwn

I have been here almost 15 mo. I have no regrets that I chose this facility everyone gives me good care and shows me kindness.My room is cleaned every day and Kyle stops by to see if I need laundry done. Tomorrow I go to the activity center for floral class. Bottom line...I like it here.

I wouldnt even give this facility 1 star, it should be a Big Zero...Please Please don't send Family and Loved ones here...My Brother was here this past December, with NO Care or compassion at ALL...I cant even recall how many times I had to call there to have someone help my brother in his room...He would call pleading with me (especially in the Middle of the night) to call the Nurses station for help, he would press the button and would not get help for 1/2 hour or more...At least 2 or 3 times I walked in his room it was filthy, I demanded housekeeping come in and Clean when I was there, I think that is the only time they would clean.... The whole Staff has personalities of a Rock!!!! I Never seen one smile or say Hello to me when I would walk in....My Brother passed away the end of January , with NO help from this place..How they can get away with this is beyond me....This is Not A Rehabilitation Nursing Facility...<br>TERRIBLE

UPDATE: The DON reached out and everything has been addressed and taken care of! I have also updated my review from 1 star to 3. All nurses will receive mandatory training on CPAP/BIPAP machines, they moved my mom to a new/clean room, dietary has addressed the food issues, rude staff will be dealt with and her GCM situation has been resolved. Always advocate for your loved ones when they are under the care of someone else!! The quality of care that my mom is currently receiving is disheartening. The issues experienced are unacceptable and raise concerns about patient safety, dignity, and basic standards of care. During this stay, staff were repeatedly rude and dismissive when concerns were raised. More troubling, my mom’s prescribed CPAP machine was not placed on her the 1st night as ordered, despite it being medically necessary. This posed a significant risk to my mom’s health and should never occur in a clinical setting. The nurse on duty stated she didn’t know how to set it up. Additionally, my mom’s room was not properly cleaned. The environment was unsanitary and did not meet basic cleanliness standards expected in a healthcare facility. There was also confusion and inconsistency regarding blood sugar monitoring. My mom uses a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), yet staff attempted to check blood sugar inappropriately or without acknowledging the CGM, leading to unnecessary frustration and lack of coordination in care. These issues reflect a lack of communication, accountability, and respect for patient-centered care. Patients and families should not have to advocate repeatedly for basic needs, safety measures, or respectful treatment. The DON has yet to respond to my mom’s request to speak with her. I’ve called and left multiple messages and still no return call. If I don’t hear from someone within the next 24hours I’m calling the state!!!
