It is a poor rehab facility. Clothes do get stolen.. they make you eat kosher food. Plus menu is either hard boiled eggs, fish or two pieces of chicken. Take too long to answer call and the first thing the staff says I just got here if you call them for something. PT and ot are too short. Then try to sign out, they will make every attempt to keep you longer

First time and recent visit to see my sister and I was extremely disappointed. The clothes my niece purchased for her to wear was missing. None of her clothes were there only hospital crap that smelled awful because food was left in the drawers and also a sandwich left on the bathroom floor. Does not seem she is being attended to at all. The only reason I gave two stars is because security is good and it didn’t have that nursing home smell in the hallways. I will get in contact about the issue of stolen clothing not sure how much longer she can stay here under these conditions. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

We had a wonderful experience with this rehab. The staff was extremely accommodating and truly went above and beyond to make sure all of our loved one’s needs were taken care of. They were attentive, caring, and professional throughout the entire stay. They also provided additional care and therapies to help support a quicker recovery, which we greatly appreciated. We are very thankful for their dedication, kindness, and the excellent care they provided. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Northern Metropolitan while my father was in their care. The staff was very accommodating and understanding, and they consistently made themselves available to discuss any questions or concerns we had. They were attentive and went out of their way to be helpful in many ways, and the experience exceeded our expectations. My father’s needs were addressed in a professional and thoughtful manner, and the team helped make a challenging situation much more manageable. We are very appreciative of the efforts, the thoughtfulness, and the consideration that they showed throughout the entire process!

This is a wonderful place to go for vacation. I had a very relaxing stay. Staff were friendly, helpful, caring, and overall wonderful. Please ask for joseph. He will make sure your stay goes smoothly.
