The facility is indeed beautiful , but sadly, we did not experience quality care there for my mother. In fact, she became acutely ill while in swing bed and it appeared to go unnoticed until family visited and requested the physician be called, ultimately resulting in a transport to inpatient hospital. They claim it is good practice to rotate their CNA's to different wings so they can become familiar with all of the residents... but I found that with swing bed patients, who often do not stay longterm... none of the CNA's were very familiar with my mother and I had to tell them repeatedly that she had multiple fractures in her arm.. and her sling was rarely on .. or improperly applied. I cannot recommend .
