Someone tell me why the staff is always relaying obvious sensitive information to the patient that doesn't need to be. When a family member calls and asks questions you don't run to the patient and relay everything they just said. How stupid can you be? You need to have ALL of your staff trained in domestic violence and abuse!

The staff is great. The meals are great. They took wonderful care of my husband. It was clean,comfortable,hospitable.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, staff was also dismissive and quickly got defensive and argumentative when I spoke to them about a patient request.<br>I'm nice and smiling, yet staff responded with a snappy tone of voice and acted as if I was bothering them. That leads me to believe you don't care and it's just a job.<br>The proper response would be to simply state with a smile, "Yes, I'll go check and see if she needs anything." And actually mean it and do it. For this reason, I can't give more than a 3-star.

My Mom's friend went to this location. For some reason when she arrived they took her suitcase. When it was returned to her, the brand new bras and underwear were missing. Of course, they had no idea what happened to them. If you or a loved one go here just beware!!

My father is currently there for rehabilitation and will be moved to Skilled Nursing after Medicare no longer pays. The staff has been a tremendous blessing to my father and our family. Their attention and care for him is top notch. My father, at times, has not been a pleasant patient and they have dealt with it professionally, with care and have helped our family adjust to this new side of my father. The food is good, offering options if needed. The Administration has made themselves available and are visible during the day. The only complaint, if I must, is the cleanliness of the room. It is not the everyday cleaning, but the deep cleaning; curtains are heavy with dust, windows are streaked, bathrooms are sticky with chemical residue. In spite of that, I would highly recommend this facility for care, if needed.
