Jennifer (stna) is amazing! She gets to know each resident personally and they all love her!! She learns their preferences, personalities, and daily routines. She goes beyond her job description to care for her residents and really make them feel like they matter. I could not say enough good things about her, she really makes the place stand out from other nursing homes. I would trust her with any of my closest family members, and feel safe knowing she was looking after them!
