My Grandmother was a part of this program for several years until she passed. She was always treated like family and that gave us peace of mind. This center was a god send for my family.

NYMC is not a place you want to send your loved ones if you care about them and their well being. The staff are not well trained and are insensitive people. My mother was an attendee for a little over two years. In the beginning she loved going to NYMC, later I saw a shift. She dreaded going and I didn’t know why initially. Later I found out the sad truth. Ms. Josephine never reported to me critical incidents that occurred with my mom at the center (probably out of fear of losing our business, because I would have removed my mom immediately). However she shared this information with a stranger who had nothing to do with my mom’s care and gave him specific details and told him there are pictures. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Judge for yourself by the people who work there. It will tell you everything you need to know. I’m disappointed I neglected the warning signs, all because I wanted my mom to be in a place where she can socialize and do activities. Never again. Be very cautious about this place.

I like the environment. The workers are all respectful and kind. They have a good amount of elderly that show up there. The elderly are kept active during their time at the center and receive a hot lunch. They well taken care of during the day and monitored. Always a smiling face to meet and greet. The place is kept clean.
