My family remember stayed at this facility and overall we had a positive experience. The staff was kind and treated my family with respect. They were always willing to answer questions and kept us informed about their progress, which gave us a peace of mind.

This was by far the worst nursing home experience I’ve ever witnessed. The staff appeared more focused on their phones, laughing and socializing, than paying attention to the residents who depended on them for care. Patients deserve compassion, respect, and timely assistance, but that was not what I observed. A nursing home should be a place where families feel confident their loved ones are safe and well cared for, yet this experience left me deeply disappointed and concerned. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve the quality of care and professionalism provided to every resident.

My aunt had a great experience. The staff was caring, professional, and made her feel comfortable throughout her stay. We truly appreciate the excellent care she received and highly recommend this facility!

Deplorable.!!! Nasty toilets and floors. The smell of urine on the third floor wreaks in the hallways and the bedrooms.The nurses and maintenance do not care. Patients scream and cry but no one checks on them. Do not take your loved one here. It should be closed down. Only reason i gave it a one star is cause it's the only way to leave a review. Nasty conditions, deplorable!!! The floors are full of pee and poop...the floors haven't been cleaned in years this place should be closed ASAP. I would never put a love one under these people care....even the grounds around the nursing home is falling apart...nothing works no toilet works, the patient room's are unbelievable dirty..maintenance don't enter patient room's to clean or sanitize. Its inhumane to live in this place.So unsanitary its unbelievable.

Send your family here if you hate them. Elder abuse is rampant. They can have broken bones and dark bruises and will get no medical care. Bedridden people are left in dark rooms without water all day long. The building is filthy. This place should be closed down.
