Let me tell you the truth about New Lebanon rehabilitation facility,my common law Husband and myself were in Ohio for a funeral of my younger sister,and my husband fell and needed Emergency surgery and then rehabilitation..and Being from Florida..a lot of facility reached out to provide such rehabilitation..but there were other Circumstances that we had to contend with and a Extremely kind and Integrable women "Lizz "told us that her and her team would be able to accommodate our situation and they definitely have .from the social worker "Brandy" and nursing team "Becky"and many more positive people that really do care and have done what they have promised and then some.. Physical therapy had really been very resourceful for his needs "Tabitha and Amy " and Team have really helped him to achieve a better quality of life..he has a long road ahead of him..Even the Administrator "Nicky "is very hands on and approachable , and personaly and physically involved in your rehabilitation...this the truth about New Lebanon rehabilitation facility and I recommend it if you are in need of such....

Careful, they will dump your grandma in a homeless shelter the moment there is any issue with insurance.

Disgraceful! Just read a news article about this facility dumping their residence off at a homeless shelter after they lose their health insurance, without giving proper 30 day notice. "Gave a resident with spinal disorders roughly 24 hours' notice before discharging her to a homeless shelter."
