Do not put anyone you love in this facility. My aunt was neglected during her stay. She had her personal belongings stolen and was aloud to get sores from lacknod of care. And she was lacking basic needs and water was off in her room. It was also a very dirty place.

I recently came here from another facility. The difference is huge! The facility is older and very large, but clean and well ran. There are so many activities and opportunities for residents to attend and interact with each other. The chapel is beautiful and services are held there at least weekly. Morning and evening prayer is over the intercom daily. Physicians and NPs are in the facility often and are easy for staff to reach if needed. Other services, such as podiatrist, optometrist, and dental are also available on-site. In-house dialysis is also available. The friendly staff is one of the best parts about this facility!

Facility has some of the most compassionate nurses, their communication has always been timely. I would bring my loved one anytime and feel safe and confident my loved one would be cared for.

This place called my daughter this morning and told her that my sister passed away this morning from a fall when they are supposed to be checking on the patient every 30 minutes to 1 hour and then they can’t even keep their story straight what happened either I don’t think anybody should send anybody to this place they don’t care about their patient or family members
