0 stars if it were possible. Their lack of care and lack of staff truly hurt the ones that need help the most.

If I could leave less stars, I would. This facility allowed my 104 yr old bedridden mother to fall out of her bed. Only had one aide turning her with the bed raised and the railing down. Then for admin to act like it was only a couple small bruises. The sheriff kept was brought in and had her transferred to the hospital with a police photographer because the bruising was so bad. Please, if you love your family, DO NOT take them to carriage inn

I was at this facility for 2weeks! I just left Thursday (it’s now 2 days later, Saturday) & I am on my way there!! I have nothing but good to say about this place…. I met people that became family!! Ok…the staff (particularly the Aids).Therapy 10/10 Everyone was very attentive & knew what they were doing 🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼 The food was good for a nursing home …..this is a passion of theirs & it shows!! It’s all love and positive energy!! 10/10

Our Mother has been at Carriage in for several respite stays . Beth, Angel, Lola, Precious , are helpful , consistent, knowledgeable, and friendly . Each visit they all are open for questions and conversations. The stna and aids provide exceptional care for Mom as well . All of my visits have been consistent with no concerns . It is a blessing to find a team of people who actually care about their residents and the families . Thank you Carriage Inn for your exceptional work ethic . More importantly Thanks for the smiles and positive energy when each day for me have been very tearful. Thank you for giving your heart to our loved one and all your residents . You all definitely treat folks like family ! Thank you for making a difference in the lives of others while in your care . I appreciate all you do for our family members . May God continue to keep you all and Bless you for your service to people . It’s in your Heart!

I’m tell why I giving this facility two stars let’s start with the food…,,,,
This food is worse I have eaten…. I’m not only speaking me and other residents.. it’s like they think we are dogs… half of residents in their right mind eat or send food back…. Smh What about the residents can’t speak for there selves… Either we eat least three times are turkey and dressing and carrots and spaghetti and green beans How much long does one or other people put with this… Number 2 the breakfast is not right who gives a resident soggy bread … or pancakes that there are cold and hard I even had pancakes no syrup… The aides are wonderful I’ve had except one ….i give 4 and half stars.. The nurses on 5 stars …… Have blessed and pleasant!!!😀 I wish I had never came here 🥹🥹🥹🥹
This place is getting worse by the day I wouldn’t recommend this to dog 🐕
Now I’m being moved to another room it’s one thing it’s another…,, I’m not only don’t do therapy it’s resident down hall do do nothing but I’m being moved why . It’s time me to move on Today we had pig slop for lunch
