As a caregiver at New Horizons, I have been consistently impressed by the company's culture of joy, laughter, and love. My managers are always willing to lend a hand when I am unsure about something, the scheduling team is consistently available, and when I first started, the company showed remarkable compassion and understanding following the loss of my grandfather. My client also values the company, often praising the ease and speed of communication with the scheduling team and her case manager. Overall, I am grateful for the support this company has provided to me and my clients.

I’m an employee of new horizons and our care team is absolutely amazing at resolving issues in my experience, even my clients have voiced their joy in experiences with our scheduling team.
