My mom has been at New Hope for a little less than a year now. Everyone has been very caring and helpful with her and me. This experience is new to me and the staff, especially Manuel and Ruth have been there to answer questions and make sure that I am comfortable with decisions made regarding my mom. They have made suggestions that have proved successful for getting mom all the care she needs. When I walk in to the house to visit, I feel as if I am walking into a home filled with caring and loving people. I know that mom is well taken care of and that takes a lot of weight off my shoulders.

Our beautiful mother Mary was cared for by the wonderful staff at New Hope. We’d like to thank Luis, Robert, Alicia, and Alondra, just to name a few. This is a very clean, facility with a hands on approach for each individuals needs. It includes fun activities and they celebrate holidays with parties and pot lucks for the whole family! We were truly blessed to find such a caring facility for our mother, and want to thank ALL of the staff for making our mother’s last years of her life a pleasant experience! Thank you! The children of Mary Chapman…Roby, Tara and Sally💖

New Hope is a beautiful location for assisted living that is nestled in a cozy, wooded area of Boerne with natural surroundings. Ms. Bri Arend gave me a great tour where I was able to meet some of the residents who were congregated in a common area for a social event. Some were enjoying the out of doors. Inside was very nice, quaint, clean and is a very comfortable setting. I give my highest recommendation.

SO pleased to have found a wonderful home environment for mom. The staff has been nothing but caring and so very supportive and helpful. Mom says her meals are quite good and it is peace of mind to know her medication is accurately dispensed. If you need to explore potential assisted living facilities, I would definitely suggest you see New Hope in Boerne.
