This was an absolute nightmare! My dad went from a healthy weight to skin and bones within ONE MONTH!! He was rarely checked on or given his pain meds when scheduled. He ended up with numerous bruises and open wounds which the staff would make excuses on how he got them. The staff were always shady in their behavior and wanted family to leave the room when they moved your family member. After hearing my dad scream once…never again did I leave the room when they asked me to. The treatment of patients is so disgusting!! My dad’s wedding ring and clothes went missing. Karen, who was in charge at the time, had excuses for why things were missing and tried to portray herself as caring and there to help. She was the exact opposite! Karen is not someone to be trusted with anything especially not your family!! I never had a good feeling about this place and all my fears came true! I will never forget how awful this place was and will continue to share my experience so no one else has to experience such a nightmare! *ONLY POSTED ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST! This place deserves ZERO STARS!!!
