I’ve had a great experience with New Friends of Florence. I had a dear friend placed earlier this year and they not only welcomed him with open arms but also continued love and support throughout his time with them. All the staff were great and more than accommodating no matter the time, day or night. They communicated everything so clearly and when something needed broken down more or it was ok and they didn’t mind. Food was great and company was also welcome and encouraged to join. They did fun crafts and games, music, even just sitting outside and having a good laugh. I was super impressed and so grateful for the community and family that has come from them. I would recommend anyone to be here. Thank you New Friends of Florence for alllllll you did and continue to do!!

do not send your family here! staff treats patients horribly..mocking the patients and stealing their belongings. male staff try to barge in while female patients are bathing. they speak poorly of patients who have passed away in front of current patients. the things I've witnessed are beyond words. if a patient or even family were to contact authorities it's quickly dismissed as they will blame the patients for having alzheimer's or dementia..wouldn't wish this on anyone's loved ones..

New Friends Memory care is awesome. Melissa and Ellie made it such a smooth transfer for my brother who we moved from San Diego, Ca county to Florence, Oregon. The staff is very friendly and attentive. His room looks like a little studio apartment. He prefers to refer to it as his apartment than an institution for memory care. The housing grounds are well maintained. There aren’t a lot of people there so he gets extra special attention. I would recommend placement here with confidence that your loved one will be well taken care of.

I placed my 90 year old mother in New Friends Residential Care. The people working there were so helpful and caring throughout the process. The caregivers are outstanding and very responsive to my Mother's needs. They truly were such a great team of people to work with and the facility is wonderful. Thanks for making a very trying time in our lives so much easier.
