The service from the home health aides are impeccable!! I couldn’t be more happier with the experience and how well the interaction is between my mom and our aide. We love her!! My only concern is lack of communication with the aides and the agency when they may not be able to come over. I feel the aides should inform the agency so they know can provide coverage sooner than later. Other than that, every aide has been outstanding with care for my mom. I highly recommend New Era home Care! Henry, thank you for all you do in providing backup so quickly. I can’t thank you enough for being so kind, supportive and understanding.
