I would give 0 stars if I could. My mother was just a patient at this place unfortunately. This is the 3rd time she has been here. I really thought she was in safe hands but I was mistaken. The neglect is beyond comprehension. Also the food served I would not even serve my dog. What is ridiculous is they “say” the patients have a choice of other options if they don’t like what is on the menu for the day BUT the paper they hand out for the selections is never collected because THEY DO NOT CARE! My mother has not eaten pork for over 40 years but was subjected to eat ham and sausage since she was literally starving!! You do not go to rehab to lose weight! You go to rehab to get strong enough to go home. My mother is 80 and is clear headed, thank goodness. I feel so bad for the poor elderly people who do go there and are not with it mentally. I can only imagine how they are treated. I could go on and on about the neglect of this place & the staff. Bottom line if you love your family member do not send them here!

Everyone was kind & professional. My partner was there for a week. It was very good to see how all the helpers were dealing with ‘emerging curriculum’.ie.: before getting physical therapy, my partner needed a new ‘Depends’, the therapist nicely took care of that change. Thumbs way up!! Mark W.

The facility was very clean. I was there for pulmonary issues. The staff exceptionally helpful. The Physical Therapist, were pleasant, informative and patient, they too were terrific. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Plentiful and great. Hats off to the cook! I would recommend Neville.

My relative who is there has moderate dementia and diabetes, and is on insulin. He asks the nurses for Coke (not Diet Coke) and they give it to him, even though he's not supposed to be consuming sugar and they know it! Then they test his blood sugar and it's off the charts. When I asked them to bring him a diet beverage instead, they said they don't have any diet beverages! This happened 3 times when I visited, so this is clearly their default! The "food" is is disgusting and looks like cat food smeared on a plate. Probably is cat food. My relative is miserable there. Many of the employees there are very nice, but the facility is terribly understaffed, so they just put all patients in dirty rooms and slap a diaper on these poor elderly people and leave them lying in filth. I could hear people crying for help, to no avail. Makes me so sad.
