Neumann

Neumann Senior Housing is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors ages 62 and older located in Philadelphia's vibrant Fishtown neighborhood. The community offers 69 one-bedroom apartments designed with resident-controlled central heating and air conditioning systems and ENERGY STAR-certified appliances including refrigerators and electric ranges.

The community features a medical screening room available for visiting doctors and health care workers to serve residents' health needs. Neumann is situated close to Frankford Avenue's flourishing arts scene and craft breweries, providing residents with access to neighborhood cultural and recreational activities.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet rules are instituted to help maintain a decent, safe, and sanitary living environment, covering guidelines on registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas. Assistance animals and their owners are not subject to these pet rules.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Residents are required to sign a non-smoking agreement and must undertake that they or their guests will not smoke in their apartments or anywhere on the property.
