A family member’s friend had used Nest & Care in the past. They highly recommended them to me and word of mouth is a very powerful tool. After meeting Sonnie when she evaluated my wife at a Nursing Healthcare Facility I felt comfortable making my decision to sign a contract to use them in our home after my wife was discharged. The assigned caregivers were always arriving on time, were very kind and polite as well. They were always attentive to my wife’s needs over the 3 weeks they came to our house. Administratively they made it very easy & convenient with sending statements, setting up payment online, and communicating via email, text or phone call in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if for some reason you have a need for Caregiving

Love this agency! The caregivers are selected based on what the patient needs and they pay attention to detail. Staff is available 24/7 and they help with all issues big and small. I like that even if they don’t know something, I’m always provided with resource to help figure any issues out. Great company to work with, would highly recommend!

We were very impressed with meeting the director of Nest and Care, Sashe Robinson, while my sister was still in the hospital. We didn't know exactly what we needed or when. It was a month later that we actually needed their services. They were available when we needed them and were dependable, professional, and reliable to give us the assistance we needed as we navigated my sister's hospice care. Gill was great with adjusting our schedule and scheduling quality caregivers. Sonnie followed up in our home to check on how things were going. Nest and Care even helped us celebrate my sister's birthday! I definitely recommend Nest and Care for excellent and caring help for your loved one!
