My mother in law, Irene, absolutely loved her home here at Naples Green Village. She was so very appreciative of the care she received from every member of the care team.<br>From the bottom of our hearts we cannot thank each and every one of you for the loving, nurturing care you gave her.

Why they don’t give an option for zero starts is besides me! This place doesn’t not deserve 1star in any way. I am extremely concerned about the management at this facility, particularly under the leadership of “Rachel” From what I’ve personally seen and heard from multiple residents’ families, the environment has become unwelcoming, unprofessional, and detrimental to both residents and staff. Families have expressed embarrassment about having their loved ones here due to poor communication, lack of compassion, and questionable management decisions.<br>Residents and staff deserve leadership that promotes respect, trust, and care unfortunately, this is not what’s happening now. I strongly urge ownership to investigate management practices immediately for the sake of the residents’ well-being. Extremely sad 😔 can’t trust people with our most vulnerable love ones
