AdviniaCare Naples is a lovely assisted living facility. The staff members care deeply about their residents and are very attentive to their needs. The meals are delicious and the offerings include daily specials along with a variety of regular favorites to choose from. The dining room staff is very friendly and works hard to serve and please all the residents. There are a wide variety of daily activities that the residents can enjoy and they bring in musical entertainment and host special events. They are well equipped to help residents with healthcare needs. Our family member has lived there three years and is very happy.

I had such a wonderful experience at Advinia Naples! The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and truly caring from start to finish. A special thank you to JoJo — she is absolutely amazing. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive energy made such a difference, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with. She went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and enjoyable. Advinia Naples is lucky to have someone as wonderful as JoJo on their team. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the level of care and violations from this facility. From the moment my loved one was admitted, it became clear that patient well-being was NOT a priority. Staff frequently IGNORED call lights, leaving residents waiting for long periods WITHOUT assistance. Basic needs like hygiene, medication timing, and mobility support were often neglected. Communication was also severely lacking. Based on numerous other reviews and shared experiences, it is clear that these issues are NOT isolated. Many families have voiced similar concerns, yet there appears to be little to NO action taken to address or correct them. It is deeply troubling to see such consistent patterns without accountability or improvement. When concerns were raised, they were dismissed or met with vague reassurances, but no real changes followed. It felt like patients were treated as an inconvenience rather than individuals deserving dignity and proper care. A thorough investigation into the facility’s practices is pending, and I sincerely hope it leads to meaningful changes. Until then, I would strongly urge others to carefully consider their options before choosing this center. No family should have to worry whether their loved one is being ignored or mistreated in a place that is supposed to provide healing and support.

My experience with this assisted living community has been wonderful. The staff truly care about the residents and go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable, respected, and at home. You can tell there is a strong sense of compassion and dedication in the way they interact with residents and families. The environment is clean, welcoming, and full of life. There are always activities happening that keep residents engaged and social, which makes a huge difference in their quality of life. It’s clear that the team works hard to create a positive atmosphere where residents can enjoy their days and feel supported. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with kindness and dignity, I would absolutely recommend this community.

I am so very grateful to Advinia Care and all it's wonderful employees. My mom was there two years until her passing. Different members of my family and I visited weekly. We were always satisfied with the care they gave each resident. The daily amenities, pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness and care kept my elderly mom happy. The day my mom passed, I could see tears in the workers faces and they even sent a beautiful array of flowers to the funeral home. I give them five stars and recommend Advinia Care with confidence. A million thanks for taking such good care of mom♥️
