Overall poor care and clear negligence. My mother was only at this facility for one week before I had to remove her due to her rapidly declining health and multiple unsafe practices. She was admitted walking, alert, and stable, and within days she became confused, dehydrated, over‑medicated, weak, and unable to stand.Because of the facility’s incompetence, negligence, and unsafe care, my mother had to be admitted back to the hospital, where she was treated for severe dehydration, dangerously low sodium, and a pressure wound she did not have before entering the nursing home. DON’T SEND YOUR LOVED ONE THERE. No family should ever have to experience what my mother went through.

My husband was admitted there on 10/6/25. When I spoke with the SW from Bryn Mawr hospital for rehab and they stated that Naamans would be able to handle my husband's medical needs. He was paralyzed on his right side, feeding tube, low flow oxygen, with a stoma and could not swallow any liquids because of aspiration. Well... It was a nightmare there. They did not have a speech therapist on staff, nor did they have a full-time dietitian. The nursing staff did not know how to care for a stoma and the area around the stoma became infected. They did not bathe him for a month. I was told they did not have a bath table which they did. They would not swab his mouth, they let him lie in urine and feces. And, they told me 2 days before he was sent back to the hospital on 11/16/25 that he had bed sores that were not being attended to. The CNAs were either on their phones, had air pods in and some the smell of marijuana (Skunk weed) on several of them was overwhelming. Matter of fact, when you would walk outside into the parking lot, you could smell the skunk weed. I discussed my issues both in writing and verbally with the nursing director, the social worker, and the facility director. Needless to say, my husband was sent to mainline health on 11/16/25 and passed away on 11/22 /25 due to pneumonia and sepsis. If I could upload pictures I would of the disgusting way I found my husband dirty, uncared for, feeding tube not properly hooked up, lack of the correct nutritional food and pictures of the gaping bed sores that he had. To anyone contemplating placing their loved one at this facility, find another facility! To Naamans Creek Manor do not respond to my review. You are aware of the lack of care and consideration for people's loved ones while at your facility.

The social worker Michelle was awesome with communication with me and the insurance company along with Nursing Clara. When I tell you Michelle went over and beyond!!!!! I for sure can not say enough about PT/OT especially Crystal and Heather (Awesome and Ever so supportive and Genuinely caring). Last but not least, the CNA's and Nursing were ever so caring as well. Very nice and clean too.

I have had an excellent experience for my Mother at Naamans Creek Country Manor. There has never been a time when I have asked for something for her care that wasn’t provided. Their director Angela Fancher, nursing manager on the 2nd floor, Linda, have always put me at ease with my concerns. The nurses aids, social director etc, have always tried to accommodate my Mother with comfort and care. I would recommend Naamans Creek if you need care for your elderly.

Overall they are a nice answer for long term care. Clean place, caring and responsive staff. Friendly and willing to accommodate extra requests. We were able to have a large family celebration for Mother's Day AND used the big dining room at Easter. I would recommend to others.
