I had this home health care agency for about a month It was so unprofessional in sending out so inappropriate people to help my husband One lady dropped him in the bathtub. Others I turned away just because of their very unprofessional attitude. One CNS named Serena actually gave information about my husbands plan of care and a discharge before I had ever spoken to someone in charge was done That same young lady also looked through my drawers my closet my personal belongings even to tell me what she liked and what had not been worn yet. Myles Home Health Agency needs to do a better job in vetting their employees. They have constantly sent unqualified and questionable people to assist my family member. Their employees smoke around the clients, they constantly stay on their phones (texting), they arrive to the client's home complaining and not wanting to work. Ultimately don't bother doing business with this company! In the end, think of the service you want for your loved ones! Dealing with this company is like scrapping the bottom of the barrel.
