Absolutely unbelievable experience. I cannot believe the incompetence of the staff here. We were given the run around for 3 months before finally accepted. We were told a move in date with instructions on getting a cashiers check and giving my moms notice at the place she was in and then an hour and a half before move in time they called and said she couldn't come. We did everything instructed to try to fix the issue - which was their fault - and then they told us we were denied. We went up there and called multiple times, and were only able to talk to one very uncaring and incompetent fill in person. Basically, they left my mom homeless. Thankfully, we were able to get accepted somewhere else and move her in ...in 3 days. I have since heard that we are not the first ones this has happened to and that there are some falsifying issues and lying involved. After a few days someone from higher up called to apologize, and was extremely nice, but it was too late. Nobody that I dealt with ever had the decency to call or apologize. I would never recommend this place.
