The staff, all staff, are awesome. Except Crystal! I was not ill by any means only a broken ankle which PT was not aggressive enough for my needs. I left 1 week early leaving behind 2 large bags already in the mix of the laundry course to which have as yet to be found. The administration (Crystal) decided it was just my bad luck … period!!! I went to the hospital via ambulance, to 7 Oaks via transport having nothing personal or clothing of my own. I was forced to buy all new clothing that now have been stolen or misplaced to my chagrin. I personally handed the 2 bags of clothing to a housekeeping supervisor asking if he knew where they were to be deposited. He (Robert) assured me he did and off he went from my room with my clothing never to be seen again. Somehow some way a pair of pants and tee shirt has shown up but nothing else. Doesn’t this seem odd to you? I cannot fault the staff by any means, except Robert and his supervisor, Crystal. I called Corporate speaking to Melody Moore who had no idea this has happened, the story she was told and how I’d been treated. She called (Crystal) to get an entirely different story. Here we are 3 months later, no word and not so much as an apology from Crystal nor my clothes. I gave my clothing to an employee in good trust and they simply “just disappeared?” Could this be theft? No one knew but Robert and I. I’m not suggesting anything jut speculation.

If you want your loved one to be treated wonderful and like family, this is the place! The staff here is caring and love each and every resident as if they were their family. The facility is exceptionally clean all the residents are smiling when you walk through the main doors. They have activities for these residents Mon-Fri. I couldn’t ask for a better place to have my loved one and I highly recommend this facility to anyone.
