I was impressed by how hard the nursing home staff work on a weekend. American Legion Peter J Courcy Post 178 members from Frisco, TX prepared hamburgers and hotdogs for the residents which were combined with other offerings and served to all the nursing home residents who expressed their satisfaction. Made my heart glad.

My wife and I were from one of the two American Legion Posts that visited today. The staff should be commended for taking care of our Veterans.

The Frisco American Legion Post 178 visits the Clyde W Cosper Texas State Veterans Home periodically to visit with the Veterans who are residents there. Every time we go I'm struck by how well maintained and clean the facility is, how friendly and accommodating the staff is, and pleased to see not only female Vets there, but also rooms for Veterans and their spouses who are in need of assisted care.

My father-in law lives at the Veteran’s retirement home in Bonham, TX.<br>The facility is perfectly maintained. There’s an abundance of natural light and the environment is always welcoming.<br>Everyone that works there is caring and compassionate.<br>It’s apparent to us they understand they’re caring for our heros.
