My grand parents just moved here. This place is really outdated. The rooms look disgusting. The floors look like they haven't been mopped in a while. Also the smokers smoke right outside on the porch next to the front entrance so everyone that walks in has to smell it. The ramp to get it is realaly steep as well so i feel bad for the residents. I have visited many nursing homes and this one is the absolute worse one I have ever seen.

Since when did this nursing home become the administrators home this is suppose to be our home but how can it be when the administrator takes away our privileges. It nkno longer has become our home she treats us like we are prisoners. Doesn't have a cqre in the world about our feelings lie today she came in here and I and another resident were trying to talk to her only to be ignored and have her walk away from us. Then they wonder why they can't keep good aides here because they are wanting to quit for the way she treats them

This place has good nurses and kitchen staff. Outside of that...good luck. Has to be some of the most scumbag people I've ever come across. I wouldn't reccomend this place. They basically forced my loved one to stay while they tried to get medicare/medicaid ready so they could go on with their life. They had a person in office that couldn't do their job properly and it caused them to fire the person. So even more time goes on. Somehow my loved one failed to qualify and the nursing home kicked them to the curb since we couldn't pay the outrageous bill that mysteriously popped up. Nursing homes aren't cheap but that bill was unbelievable. This was days after a large montly payment too. They squeezed them for every dime they could. This place cannot be trusted when it comes to their office staff. It's a shame that sorry people like that run a nursing home. I worry about the other elderly people they've screwed over.
