We absolutely love it here! Very well maintained. Lots of organized activities for those that choose to participate. Excellent maintenance team. Very quiet at night. Mary, in the front office, has always been available and helpful! Can't say enough about how wonderful it is! Highly recommend

We absolutely love this place, All. Everyone who is here serving us all day is patient, kind, we need something and there on it! The owners care about this community. They are involved. Things can change at any time moment.. The Drama, the disrespect, Gossip is getting out of hand.. The Dog park way to small, and not as clean.. I know there are issues anywhere we go with today's attitudes.. Today, I'm very emotional,, maybe I should not write this till I feel better.. my precious Dog Died here.. and Their was a reason. I have asked mentioned, to others that don't live here by telling them the circumstances, and they all said that weird, something up. Contractors said they throw all kinds of things from food to chemicals in the ground and they bury it!! But no one helped admitted there must be an issue. We spent a lot on turf so our dogs could be safe.. not to mention the vet expenses.. And she was my service pet!! The frosting on the cake is, I carry my 4 lb baby in Barn, and because he is not a service Dog I can't go in!! Many times I would like coffee or something but I can't because I have my Tiny dog.. Also I put a love seat out front,, very cute. Can't do that.. my yard Decorations are to many too much for the yard!! Yet there are Residents that have more!! This world is unfair, unjust, and Greedy.. I can't stop crying.. we are good honest peaceable people.. But even we crack. I can just give away, throw out all the yard things. We have no way to get rid of couch. We have asked, even the maintenance guys that have trucks and I would pay them to take just a few miles are not allowed..I wanted to add That after our Daisy Died we have not felt the same about living here. We don't feel heard, cared about. And yes just a Dog. She was not just a Dog to us!! She was our little girl..

WARNING TO NON SMOKERS; This is a smoking property. Smoking is allowed on the patios, backyards, and front porches. Since the homes are close together, the smoke will invade your smoke-free home and personal space. Most likely, a few of your neighbors will be smokers. Update: To Mulberry Farms: Thank you for your reply. It would be helpful to add the information of being a pro - smoking property to your printed literature. Another honest and transparent representation of your property would be to reedit your promo video on your website; where it shows residents sitting on their front porch and have them smoking and the smoke blowing in the faces of the couple walking by. It would help others that care about their well being from making the same mistake thinking this is a no-smoking property. It is interesting how the Smoke-Free Arizona Act, aims to protect individuals from secondhand smoke. And yet the law includes exemptions, such as private residences (including rentals) ? My husband and I have lived at Mulberry Farms since December 2022. We wanted to be away from the heat and traffic of Phoenix. We love what little snow we get and enjoy the much cooler nights in the summer. The community is in a great location as it is not far from the Prescott area major shopping and it is not far from Phoenix if we need to go. The amenities are great, the activities and clubs are fun, and the people you meet are friendly. Neighbors in the community are there to help when needed. The staff is great and friendly and the owners care. We are happy that we chose Mulberry Farms as our home as we have watched the community grow. We love our model and living on the Great Street. Having a smaller home that has a garage is what we were looking for. It has been a blessing to call Mulberry Farms our home for the past year and a half. We plan on being here for many years to come.

In early 2023 we made a choice to move to Prescott Valley. We knew we needed to rent first as we didn't want to leap into a home purchase After much research Mulberry Farms was front and center. This 55+ community provides everything you need in a home. We have made many friends and we hope to have long lasting relationships. The owners make their presence known and show a great deal of interest and respect to their residents. We highly recommend Mulberry Farms to friends, family and anyone I pass on the street. Also, if your a pet owner the Spa is bonus. Best, M & C
