My visit and application back in August went well. People who need housing will be grateful. The manager assisted me pleasently through the entire process. Even though I could tell she was overworked. She was still professional

No the place is not great .The manager is horrible and didn't do her job like she supposed to. She talks down to people like she's better than others. They are trying to get rid of her and put someone in that cares. What you do to others will come back to you.Watch out for RATS and flying gnats in apt 666.!

The site Property Manager was very very helpful , as well as professional and polite . I'd recommend my friends and families . As for the apt units , they are clean and , free of pest and rodents , very spacious and plenty of natural lighting . The "village setting" is a plus for the seniors ,as well as the " roving security". The location is a plus ,you are close to shopping , restaurants ,and entertainment . I'd like to applaud Mrs. Mercado on how well the property is up kept , the lawns and other greenery are maintained for the perfect "Village setting"
