My MIL is here and some of the care givers are great (Pam) and the rest just average. They have lost my MIL’s hearing aids now for the second time in less than 6 months. Literally just got done replacing the lost one at Costco 2 weeks ago. Her glasses were missing for a week and her clothes, well let’s just say they are mostly all gone and we do all of her laundry.

My MIL is in Mountainview. It has been a frustrating experience almost daily. Small things that add up. Her glasses went missing for a few days then mysteriously reappeared. She is wheelchair bound and has veryoor hearing and eyesight so she is not leaving them somewhere. Her hearing aids not put in or only one put in. We do all of her laundry and every time I get it there is someone else’s clothes in her basket. Every time!!! My husband asked if they would trim her nails, this was over a 2 week period with still no-nail trim. Unfortunately she has very little resources so this is where she has to be but I would never recommend it to anyone who has any kind of resource to go somewhere else.
