We were so blessed to find Morris View for my 99 year old WW2 veteran uncle! Our first contact was with Simone who guided us through the transfer process (rehab to nursing home) and made sure everything went smoothly. He was on 2A wing with a wonderful roommate. His nurse Ninda was kind and caring. The aids were all so patient with him, even when he got cranky about wearing a diaper and using a wheelchair because he kept falling. They would call us immediately if there was an issue. Every time we visited (2-3 times a week) he was clean and well cared for. When my uncle passed, I walked in on the aids and nurses standing around his bed saying goodbye and crying. It was so moving the way he was cared for! You often hear how Medicaid facilities are sub standard, but that was NOT our experience at Morris View. We are so thankful we found this caring facility!
