I’m so happy we found Home Helpers! We had a rare situation with my brother with ALS and needed someone to start immediately! Marissa Canino was amazing, helping to set up the care. The home helpers themselves are fantastic! My brother is getting the help he currently needs and they are wonderful people! Highly recommend! Marissa made everything simple and helped me with any questions I had. One plus, is she texts, and that made communication, quick and easy! I highly recommend them for care for your loved ones!

Marissa listened patiently and carefully, as we described the type of aid we desired. She was extremely responsive during the entire process and was an integral part in fine-tuning the transition. We immediately felt comfortable and trusted her with her extensive knowledge of the industry. Marissa clearly exhibited an obvious love and passion, for her Profession. First of all Marissa is a huge blessing. She took all the worry and anxiety away from me trying to find the right person for my mom and dad. I first called Home Helpers a few months ago inquiring about care for my parents. Marissa got back to me within minutes and has kept in touch with me since my first phone call. I contacted her last week because the time had come for my parents to have live in help. She immediately got back to me and started working on finding someone. We had someone caring for my parents by the end of the week. I have never met a more caring, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic person as Marissa. She was determined to find someone who would be a great match for my parents and sometimes being on the phone and texting until she got it right. What a great day for your company when you hired Marissa. She is a priceless addition to Home Helpers and a precious and priceless addition to my family. Our experience with Home Helpers Home Care of Summit has been wonderful from initial contact with Marissa the Care Manager to his CHHA Thalia. We were in need for a replacement Aide while my Dad’s private care aide was away and his needs were explained and they were met as expected. Communication has been great making our experience that much better! Daily checkins and any questions being answered right away! We’re in this together as a team! Everyone has been wonderful! If the need shall arise for a more permanent basis I know all I need to do is make a phone call!
