I toured several memory care facilities and knew Morningside House of St. Charles was the right one halfway through my tour. The staff are warm and welcoming - Lori was amazing with answering our many questions and made the move-in and paperwork process a breeze. Everyone has been attentive from the Tasha at the front desk, the maintenance staff, the nurses, everyone has been great. Moving our mother into memory care was a difficult decision and the staff have gone out of their way to make sure mom is engaged and cared for. The meals are delicious and I love they take a whole foods approach. The facilities are clean and it's relief to know mom is getting the level of care she needs in a warm and environment.
