My mom moved in here in December 2025. She’s very happy and well cared for. I really can’t express my appreciation enough because the staff has been truly amazing! As soon as you walk in, you’re always greeted warmly by the concierge whether it’s Ken, Tillie or the other staff who are so warm and friendly and always treat my mom so nicely. Robin is concierge and drives patients to appointments when needed and my mom has said she really appreciates Robin driving and getting her to and from her appointments seamlessly. The wellness staff is exceptional, professional and very caring on 2nd floor including LaTasha, Natasha and Maria. The aides are so helpful and kind and truly work so hard. Special thanks to Laura and Brian and so many others! I really appreciate so very much how well you take care of my mom!!

Watching Morningside's Blue Bell staff be so attentive to residents in such a cozy community was a reminder of what we all want for ourselves and our loved ones. It was also great to see how conducive the building's design is to making it a bit easier for those who are hard of hearing to hear each other in the many snug and home like areas they have to socialize.

Caregivers are absolutely wonderful. All of them deserve 5 stars. They are kind and compassionate. They are the heart and soul of the community and rarely acknowledged or shown that they are appreciated or valued by the management team. When I asked why do you remain working here there response is we love the residents! We are here for them!!<br>Since my mother has resided at Morningside, I have seen many changes in management and staff. Within two months, I have watched managers and caregivers come and go. It's become a revolving door. The most recent loss was when Elena, the Memory Care director resigned. She was great with the residents and family members and had a wealth of knowledge. Her position is still unfilled..<br>Many of the families have contacted the corporate office along with me.<br>1 am still waiting for a response from the CEO Kelli Mason !<br>I am beyond livid!!! - how do you operate a facility and not have a nurse on duty all weekend ???<br>“ It states there’s a nurse on site and a doctor on-call! That is not true. My mother is sick and on the way in an ambulance to the hospital!! There was no nurse working today!!
