Let me start by saying I wouldn't even give this a one star and I definitely would not give my worst enemy the name of this place. If you love your loved ones do not send them there there is no accountability they lie they treat the elderly with no dignity and no respect especially if they have Parkinson's disease. The way they have treated my father and my family is unbelievable they will lie right to your face and they don't care. Once my father is discharged I will be leaving the reason why I would never ever in a million years recommend this place to anyone but please do not send your loved ones here. Also they don't care if your loved one has had a shower ( even though they say they get showers twice a week). My dad had 2 UTI's , Thrush, and now he has another infection, and had 2 falls . all because they DON'T TAKE CARE ABOUT ARE LOVED ONES.And the only reason he went to Morgan was for rehab .This visit was only supposed be for 2 weeks for physical therapy now with all this neglect he has to stay an xta 3 wks because of the infection. this place will neglect and lie.

I would not let my worst enemy stay here people call they wait 45 minutes before somebody shows up they forget breakfast they forget lunch. They forget to change the wound cover. They forgot to put rails on her bed took me three days. They forgot the remote for the bed three days they forgot the remote for the TV three days. They didn’t give her any toilet paper until I came in at 3 o’clock in the afternoon thank God I had given her wipes. They forgot to give her a shower. The wheelchair that she’s in is broke. We’ve been waiting three days it’s ridiculous. There’s mice running around on the first floor. The food sucks. There are a few nurses and a few CNA‘s that care. The rest of the staff does not. I have called the administrator. Some of this was taken care of three days after she was in some of it, we are still addressing now the only reason you got one star is for those nurses and CNA‘s that do care.i would like to say there were only a few nurses that were good not one hot meal the 4 weeks my sister was there she had to ask for clean sheets they would not do it unless asked now I got pl pretending to be from the Survey dept of Morgan and pretending to be from the health dept call me and my sister I stand be this review place needs to step up doctor changing meds with out consulting my sister or I not acceptable
